P. S. W. Residential Educational Institutions Society published on 03rd December, 2018 and also against the Roster Register for P.G.T. to J.L of Zone-III filed by the petitioner herein on June 2018, on 05-12-2018, 13-12-2018 and also on 11-12-2018 as illegal, arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14 of the Constitution of India consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the illegal appointment of the 3rd 2 Respondent as he does not possesses M. Phil/ Ph. D as per the Standing Order Roster Point 03-M. Phil/Ph.D. and pass such other order or orders as the Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
