Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has filed a representation dated 26.08.2025, assailing
[2025:RJ-JP:38206] (2 of 2) [CW-14097/2025] the contrary decisions passed by the respondents, pertaining to loading expenses and the differential prices. Heard. Issue notices. On directions of the Court, notices are accepted by Mr. Lokendra Singh Rao, Dy.GC for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly conceded that the representation is filed by the petitioner. However, it is assured that respondent No.2 will adjudicate the same within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order, in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ- JP:5792) and circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan, in accordance with law.
