In pursuance to the order dated 21.01.2025, the corpus-Mst "R" has been produced before this Court by Ms. Kavita Sharma, SHO, PS Kalwar, Jaipur (Raj.). (2 of 2) [HC-17/2025] We conferred with her. She is a major girl of 24 years. With full confidence and composure, she stated that she is not illegally confined. She does not want to go with her parents. In this background, we set the corpus at liberty. She is free to proceed as per her desire. The concerned Police Officer who is present in the court, shall ensure that proper security is given to corpus till the destination where she wishes to go.
