JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 16-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 111(4) of the B.N.S.S. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 2565 liters of illegal foreign liquor was recovered from the alleged seized truck. Petitioner is alleged to have fled away on seeing the police party. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got three criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29490 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 antecedents out of which one is of similar nature. 6.
