Jaded Act, 2015 and the Amended Act of 2018 and consequently direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner while arresting them therewith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to bring the accused to book and arrest them duly adverting to the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25-11-2018, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a crime is registered on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2018 and
27.11.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
