Case No. 57 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 307 & 120-B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 08.02.2023, an unknown person fired at the wife of the informant namely Babhni Devi, however she had a providential escape. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of this petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
