This petition is filed for quashing of the summoning order dated 19.02.2025 as well as the entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No.111 of 2025 instituted on the basis of FIR NO.238 of 2024 and Charge-sheet no.01 of 2024 pending before F.T.C./Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO) Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, on the basis of compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties. 5. In view of the fact that a Compounding Application was filed by the parties before this Court, this Court, vide order dated 18.03.2025, had directed the parties to appear before the Secretary, DLSA, Udham Singh Nagar in order to get 2025:UHC:2301 their statements recorded and to verify the compromise deed. 6. Pursuant to such order, Secretary, DLSA, Udham Singh Nagar has submitted report dated 21.03.2025 which indicates that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and have also verified the contents of the compromise. 7. In view of the above, Compounding Application IA No.1/2025 is allowed. As a consequence thereof, summoning order dated 19.02.2025 as well as the entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No.111 of 2025 instituted on the basis of FIR No.238 of 2024 and Charge-sheet no.01 of 2024 pending before F.T.C./Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO) Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, is hereby quashed. 8. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of, on the basis of compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties.
