When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the petitioners were called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry relating to the case registered against them on the report of the unofficial respondent No.4 and also the case registered against the unofficial respondent No.4 on the complaint of the petitioners. After the preliminary enquiry, the Police never called them to the Police Station. 3. Sri Deepak Misra, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
