Crl.P.No.14071/2025 is filed by accused No.4 and Crl.P.No.14115/2025 is filed by accused No.5. Both the petitions are filed under Section 482 of BNSS praying to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.151/2025 registered for offences under Section 64(2)(m), 69, 115(2), 118(1), 127(2), 351(1), 133, 298, 318(4), 351(2), 352 of BNS. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional SPP for respondent/State. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners would contend that there are no serious overt acts alleged against these petitioners. The serious overt acts are alleged against accused No.1. The proceedings against accused No.1 are

stayed in Crl.P.No.14230/2025. Accused No.2 has been granted anticipatory bail and he is the father of accused No.1. On the petition of accused No.3, the proceedings against him are also stayed in W.P.No.24381/2025. Accused No.4 is Accountant in the Company of accused No.1 and accused No.5 is the driver of accused No.1. The victim is the Director of the Company along with accused No.1. Accused No.1 stated to have refused to marry the victim and committed alleged offences. The accusation against accused No.4 is that she helped accused No.1 in getting loans in the name of victim from different banks and accused No.5 was present when accused No.1 assaulted the victim. She further submits that the petitioners are ready to co-operate with the police in investigation. The offences alleged against the petitioners are not punishable either with death or imprisonment for life. There are no criminal antecedents of the petitioners. With these she prayed to allow the petitions. - 5 -

4. Per contra, learned Additional SPP would contend that charge sheet has been filed against accused No.1. The petitioners who have been issued with notice have not appeared before the IO for investigation. Accused No.4 has helped accused No.1 in availing loan in the name of victim in different banks. When accused No.1 assaulted the victim, accused Nos.4 and 5 were present and they have kept quite at that time. The victim has sustained five simple injuries. The petitioners are required for custodial interrogation. With these, she prayed for rejection of the petition. 5.
Having heard the learned counsels, the Court has perused FIR, complaint and other materials placed on record. 6. On the complaint of victim lady, a case came to be registered in Crime No.151/2025 of Cubbon Park Police for the aforesaid offences against accused Nos.1 to 5. Accused No.4 is working as an Accountant in the Company of

accused No.1. Accused No.5 is working as a driver of accused No.1. The allegation of cheating the victim of availing loan in her name in several banks and cheating her in not marrying her as promised, are against accused No.1. The charge sheet filed against accused No.1 has been stayed in the proceedings challenged by the accused No.1 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accused no. 1 has also been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Serious overt acts are alleged against accused No.1. The allegation against accused No.4 is that she being Accountant working under accused No.1 has facilitated the meeting of accused No.1, victim and Bank authorities in getting loan in the name of victim and accused Nos. 4 and 5 were present when accused No.1 quarreled with the victim and assaulted her. There are no criminal antecedents of the petitioners. The petitioners have undertaken to co-operate with the police in investigation. Considering the above aspects, the

petitioners have made out a case for grant of anticipatory bail with conditions. In the result, the following:
ORDER
Petitions are allowed. Petitioners/accused Nos.4 and 5 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.151/2025 of Cubbon Park Police Station subject to following conditions:
(i) Petitioners shall voluntarily appear before the IO within 15 days from this day and execute bail bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) each, with one surety for the like-sum to the satisfaction of IO.
(ii) Petitioners shall co-operate with the IO in the investigation.
(iii) Petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to

any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the IO whenever called for.
