After completing the investigation, charge sheet also filed. After filing the charge sheet, Police are not calling the petitioner to the police station. 3. Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow the due process of law.
