This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jhansi to decide the pending matter being MACP No. 375 of 2021 (Sandeep Kumar Richhariya and Another VS. Kailash Singh Yadav and Others) expeditiously." 2. It is contended that Motor Accident Claim Petition No.375 of 2021 is pending consideration before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Jhansi. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said claim petition. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Mainpuri to decide the Claim Petition No. 375 of 2021 (Sandeep Kumar Richhariya and Another VS. Kailash Singh Yadav and Others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
