Order On Board 10.02.2025
1. The petitioner has filed the petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, It is most humbly prayed from the Hon'ble High Court that the entire records of the case may be called. 10.2 That, In these circumstances, it is therefore most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to disburse the salary with due interest. 10.3 That, In these circumstances, it is therefore most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to take the appropriate action/ decide the representation dated 05/12/2024 in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, any other relief which court may deem fit in the interest of equity justice and good conscience.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the authorities concerned that his representation which has been filed on 05.12.2024 may be
directed to decided in accordance with law within stipulated time period. According to him, he has not been given salary from the month of October 2023 to the month of October 2024 i.e. near about one year.

Looking to the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is permitted to pursue his representation before the concerned respondent authority and the concerned respondent authority is directed to consider & decide the representation filed by the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of copy of this order.
