Case No. 277 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 318, 338, 336(3) and 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner by misusing the documents of identification of the Informant, procured sim and sold the same to somebody else. The petitioner is in the custody since 07.11.2024 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Barkagaon (Dadikala O.P) P.S.
