In compliance of the order dated 11.11.2025, the medical jurist and radiologist Dr. Manish Sharma and Dr. Jitendra Garg are present in person. They submit that due to miscommunication they could not appear before the Court in persons on last date of hearing. They further submitted that as per the medico legal report, lacerated wound was present on the person of injured with no bone injury, which has been mentioned in the said report. 2. In view of the above, the presence of the Dr. Manish Sharma and Dr. Jitendra Garg is hereby discharged. 3. The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.302/2025 registered at Police [2025:RJ-JP:48670] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-14575/2025] Station Karauli, District-Karauli for offences under Section 109(1) of BNS. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation against the present petitioner is for causing injury on the neck by using knife. As per the medical report above injury was simple in nature and there is no medical opinion by which it can be inferred that the said injury is dangerous to life. Petitioner is behind the bars since 08.10.2025 without any criminal past. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 6. Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application. 7. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 8. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner-Rajesh Kumar Jediya S/o Late Shri Girraj shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial [2025:RJ-JP:48670] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-14575/2025] court for his appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
