The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 149 of 2024 arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 268 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 366, 376(2)(n), 504, 506 & 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10923 of 2024 and B.A. No. 7016 of 2025. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with two victims, who are sisters. The relationship was established on the pretext of marriage. 5. It was submitted that both the victims have been examined and they have not supported the prosecution case. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in connection with S.T.
