“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and further be pleased to quash the order dated 14.07.20218 passed by Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Dhamtari in Criminal Revision No. 55/2018 and consequently order dated 30.07.2018 in Criminal case no. 1309/2017 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhamtari (C.G.), in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial has ended in acquittal, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
