The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist with the prayer to set-aside the judgment and order dated 25.8.2012 passed by Addl. District and Session Judge, Court No.19, Agra whereby Crl. Appeal No.172 of 2009 has been dismissed and order dated 23.10.2009 passed by A.C.J.M. Court No.1, Agra has been confirmed and against the order dated 23.10.2009 passed by ACJM, Court No.1, Agra in Case No.3641 of 1994 u/s 7/16 Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, N.S.A. Vs. Veerandra Kumar whereby revisionist has been convicted u/s 16(1)-C of P.F. Act and awarded six months Rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.10,000/- and further to release the revisionist on bail during the pendency of present revision. 4. As per the office report dated 6.2.2025, a report of C.J.M., Agra dated 09.1.2025 has been received stating therein that the revisionist Veerandra Kumar has died on 29.5.2022. The said report has been sent after due inquiry. 5. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died. 6. In view of the above, the revision stands abated. 7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
