Heard both the learned counsel appearing. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused submits that in pursuance of the settlement of the matter before the Mediator, the 2nd respondent has agreed to take Demand Draft for Rs.8,00,000/-. The said demand draft is handed over to the 2nd respondent through his counsel in the Court. 4. Perused the terms of the mediator’s report. 5. As per the mediator’s report particularly at clause-G, it contemplates as follows: “As per the settlement, the petitioners are agreed to pay Rs.8,00,000/- to the 2nd respondent, and in return the 2nd respondent agreed to receive Rs.8,00,000/- from the petitioners towards full and final settlement of the case bearing Crl.R.C.No.3258 of 2017. 6. In view of the settlement arrived at before the mediator, both the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court below wherein the criminal case is pending and record their compromise. 7. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
