The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagannathpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 251 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(4), 317(5), r/w Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Pooja Pandey, learned J.M., 1st Class, Chaibasa. 3. On 29.05.2025, Jagannathpur Polic, raided the house of the petitioner and seized seven stolen motorcycles from there. It also appears that a stolen tractor was also found parked outside the house of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that there is no theft report with regard to the seized articles. 5.
