The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sindri P.S. Case No. 67/2019, for the offences registered under Sections 498A, 323, 377, 504 of the I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Riya Sharma, who was tortured to enforce demand of dowry and ultimately she was driven away from her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the deceased committed suicide because there was delay in disposal of the present case. Apart from that, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that she did not sustain injury at the hands of this petitioner. It was also submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail in the case relating to suicide of the deceased. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbadin connection with Sindri P.S.
