THE PROJECT DIRECTOR, D.R.D.A., KADAPA DISTRICT, KADAPA. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be 2 pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries of the petitioner from 01-02-2016 to 28-01-2018 as being arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative of Article 14,16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India besides being contrary to the Judgment of the Honble Apex Court in in C.A.No.010776-010780 of 2017 (Dairy No.23701 of 2017) dated 09-08-2017, Judgment of Honble High Court in W.P.No.21304 of 2017 dated 03-04-2018 and the Judgment of Hon'ble High Court in W.A.No.995 of 2018 dated 01-08-2018 and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled for the salaries for the period from 01-02-2016 to 28-01-2018 with an interest of 18 percent per annum with all consequential benefits and to pass such other order or orders.
