This is an application for condonation of delay of 163 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 05/09/2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge at Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur, in Sessions Case No.19/2020. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is in custody since 02/04/2020. He is in poor financial condition.
