Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not insisting the presence of the petitioners in the Police Station, since no crime has been registered against the petitioners. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to call the petitioners to the Police Station, since no crime has been registered against them. No order as to costs.
