Learned counsel for the State though opposes the petition on merits, however he does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period. 3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner and also considering the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending since 29.07.2025, without entering into the merits of the case the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits as per rules and circulars governing the field within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
