The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 239/2024 registered at Police Station Vigyan Nagar Kota City for the offence(s) under Sections 306(6), 311 BNS and in the order dated 10.07.2025 for the offence(s) under Sections 310(2), 311, 312, 311(2)(b) of BNS and Section 5/27(7) of Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is falsely implicated in the present case, and he is in judicial custody from a prolonged period. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application, and has submitted that the accused- applicant has numerous criminal antecedents registered against him.
