ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and directed the petitioner not to interfere on 25.11.2018 by the 3rd and 4th respondent is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents in respect of land in Sy.Nos. 96 and 100 an extent of Ac. 3.50 cents situated at Mogallagunta Village, Venkatagiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. Hence, the petition may be disposed of.
3. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
