The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e. the Consolidation Officer, Sathiyaon District Azamgarh to decide the case No. 20245415657010026+ 609 of 2023 dated 21.9.2023 (Indra Dev and another Vs. Kumari and another) under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 related to Village Khujhiya Tappa Bihrojpur Pargana Muhammadabad Tehsil Sadar District Azamgarh expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that time barred restoration application filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.2, Consolidation Officer Sathiyaon District Azamgarh. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of pending restoration application. 4. I have considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 5. There is no dispute about the fact that restoration application filed by petitioner is time barred. 6. No case for expeditious disposal of time barred restoration application is made out.
