The petitioner is claiming 5 per cent additional developed abadi land on the strength of the allotment of developed land to his co- sharer, namely, Chandra Pal, who had challenged the acquisition proceedings by filing Writ-C No.35189 of 2012, which was disposed of in terms of Full Bench judgement in Gajraj and others vs. State of U.P. and others, 2011 (11) ADJ 1. 2. Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the Authority within such time as may be directed by this court. 3. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent- Development Authority to decide the representation dated 08.03.2018 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
