The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not absorbing and regularizing the petitioners services as Mazdoors for loading and unloading (commodities etc) in the T.T.D. Marketing Department, Tirupathi as unjust, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to absorb and regularize the petitioners in the last Grade Services of T.T.D. Marketing Department, Tirupathi as Mazdoors with all consequential benefits and pass ...”
2. When the matter is called, none represented for the Petitioners.
3. Despite the matter being listed under the caption “For dismissal”, none represented for the Petitioners today.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Smt.V.Dyumani, learned Standing counsel for TTD appearing for respondents are in attendance.
