...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents herein in not releasing the Retirement benefits to the petitioner purely on the attachment orders made by the Honble Civil Courts in dated 17.8.2016 in I.A.No.735 of 2016 in O.S.No.220 of 2016, dated 22.02.2017 I.A.No.92 of 2017 in O.S.No.127 of 2017, dated 13.10.2016 I.A.No.148 of 2016 in O.S.No.314 of 2014 and in dated 24.10.2016 I.A.No.941 of 2016 in 0.S.No.769 of 2016 and without properly following the attachment orders made by the Honble Civil Courts and without following the Section 60 of C.P.C. as nothing but illegal, arbitrary, erroneous and high handed and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to release the retirement benefits to the petitioner excluding the leave salary and arrears of salary as per the attachment orders made by the Honble Civil Courts and pass

ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
