No. 9 measuring 39 guntas of in Narasapura of (Kolar) Industrial Area, Appasandra village, Kolar Taluk and District, and for consequential execution of the registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner by receiving the balance cost of the site, forthwith. b. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.11.2023 at Annexure-F to respondent No.2 is still under consideration. 3.
