In that view, no orders are required to be passed at this stage. However, the counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to res-judicata the issue in the event if the respondent authorities are not allotted the plots to the petitioners. 02. Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
