ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to issuance of Relieving orders vide Proceedings Rc.No.1231/2017/A7, dt. 13.05.2017 from the file of 2nd Respondent and after perusing the same set aside the said Proceedings dt. 13.05.2017 issued by 2nd Respondent by declaring it as arbitrary, discriminatory, lacks jurisdiction and illegal and consequently direct 1st Respondent to transfer forthwith Petitioners to District Rural Development Agency Vizianagaram in the light of the Absolute Order dt. 19.07.2018 in WVMP No.3040/2017 in WPMP No.24720/2017 in WP No.20180/2017 implemented vide proceedings No.27/SERP/HR/2017, dt. 07.09.2018 of 1st Respondent and with all other consequential benefits monetary or otherwise.”
2. Sri V.Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No
order as to Costs.
