ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent nos.3 to 5 in issuing the memo no.16037/15/2018 dated Nil issued by the Respondent No.3 where under in instruction No.4 to give promotion as Anganwadi Worker to an Anganwadi Helper a condition of 10 years experience as Anganwadi Helper and also only 25 percentage vacancies of Anganwadi workers are to be filled by way of promotion are stated and consequential paper publication inviting the applications from open market without considering the petitioners name for promotion by declaring the said actions of the respondents 3 to 5 are illegal, arbitrary and further violative of instructions issued vide memos dated 23.12.1998 3.12.2010 and 5.01.2012 issued by the respondents 1 and 2 and further violative of rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and further violative of the law laid down in WP No.31374 of 2015 and batch dated 16.11.2015 and consequently, setting aside the same and further declare that the writ petitioners are entitled to be appointed as Anganwadi workers and pass.....”
2. None represented for the petitioners.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare appearing for respondents would submit that Petitioners 1 and 3 are promoted as Anganwadi Workers. Petitioner No.2 was not considered for promotion since senior Anganwadi Helper is available. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
