The instant petition has been preferred to direct the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda to decide the proceedings of Case No. 339 of 2022 (Smt. Mamta and another vs. Manvendra Kotarya), under section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Mataundh, District Banda, within stipulated period of time. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that in spite of appearance made in the aforesaid Case No. 339 of 2022, no interim maintenance has ever been extended in favour of petitioner till today and the matter is pending since 2023, i.e., near about two years, but the same is pending for consideration. 4. In view of the above, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda/court concerned is hereby directed to proceed with Case No. 339 of 2022 (Smt. Mamta and another vs. Manvendra Kotarya), under section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Mataundh, District Banda and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, specifically with regard to interim maintenance. 5.
