ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 4th respondent in issuing order in HR/15/ EQS/DWMA/2017 dt. 28-10-2017 in terminating the contract period of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Principles of Natural Justice and also violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the order issued by the 4th respondent and direct the respondents to renew the contract period of the petitioner and to pass such other order or orders……”

2. None represented for the petitioner.
3. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for MGNREGS, appearing for respondents 3 and 4, would submit that challenging the non- renewal of the contract, the petitioner being Field Assistant preferred the present writ petition. During pendency of the writ petition, he preferred appeal before the District Collector. The appeal was allowed and the order is implemented. As such, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. A copy of order is placed on record.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
