Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the writ petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.231 of 2018 for the offence under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC and subsequently, laid charge sheet vide C.C.No.230 of 2019 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anaparthi, East Godavari District, and later, the matter was settled before Lok Adalat and therefore, on 12.03.2022 the learned Magistrate disposed of the case as compromise under Section 320(8) of Cr.P.C. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition which was filed alleging that the police did not register FIR would become infructuous. 4 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
