GP-MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of respondents for not initiating appropriate action against the Respondent no. 5 & 6 in spite of receiving the notice issued by the petitioner company for the defraud played by respondent no. 5 & 6 as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution India and consequently direct the official respondents to blacklist the respondent no. 5 & 6 for creating all the fabricated documents for illegal gains. It is further prayed that tender is re-called with universal terms & conditions and pass such other further orders……” 2. The tender was for supply of workmen for a period of six months. 3. In view of passage of time and due to changed circumstances, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
