This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 3rd respondent in insisting the petitioners to appear before his authority for being implicated as accused in Crime No.224/2013 pending on their files for the offences under sections 406, 420, 468, 464, 120 A and B Indian Penal Code and contemplating to arrest him pursuant to the said Crime Registered against respondents 5 and 6 on the complaint of 4th respondent, as illegal, irregular, irrational, abuse of process of law and violative of Section 41A of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3r respondent not to interfere with the petitioners personal liberty nor subject him to any arrest and remand in the said crime and pass…”

Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.
