The petitioner claims to have been assigned patta on 17.05.1988 over an extent of Ac. 0.46 cents in survey No.4-7 of Budddavaram Village by the then Mandal Revenue Officer, Gannavaram Mandal. 3. It is stated that subsequently the petitioner was issued pattadar pass book and entries were also reflected in the revenue records. While so, the impugned notice was issued on 10.01.2025 by the 5'^ respondent calling upon the petitioner to vacate the land within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the notice on the ground that the schedule property is a Government Poramboke land. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that a joint inspection was conducted by the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Mandal Surveyor, Village Surveyor and Village Revenue Officer of Buddavaram Village and pursuant to the survey. the land falling under LPM.No.4, R.S.No.4-7 vide Rc.No.22/5/2025 3 the impugned notice was issued under G.O,Ms.No.188, dated 21.07.2011. After hearing the respective counsel, the short issue that falls 5. for consideration is, whether the patta was granted to the petitioner or not on 17.05.1988. 6. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit his explanation to the respondent pursuant to the impugned notice dated 10.01.2025 and the 5‘^ respondent shall consider the explanation and thereafter pass orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. Till such time, no coercive action will be initiated against the petitioner. The impugned notice dated 10.01.2025 shall be treated as show cause notice. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be 7. no order as to costs. As a sequel. Interlocutory Applications pending. if any, shall stand closed.
