The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

“ .... to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the Respondents in restricting the maximum age limit for recruitment of Principals in A.P.Model Schools, A.P.Residential Schools and APBC Welfare Residential Schools to 44 years by categorizing the posts of Principals under Teachers vide Information Bulletin Dated 26.10.2018 released by the 2nd Respondent pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No.68 School Education (Exams) Department, Dated 26.10.2018 issued by the 1st Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and in clear violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass .....”
