On deposit of Rs. 29,03,98,178/- as well as the balance interest, the decree- holder is entitled to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court as per the order dated 06.05.2025. 4. In view of the order passed, the present execution petition is disposed of granting liberty to the decree-holder to revive the same in case the amounts are not paid. 5.
