discriminatory, lacks jurisdiction and illegal and consequently direct 1st Respondent to transfer Petitioner forthwith to District Rural Development Agency, Vizianagaram, in the light of the Absolute Order dt.19.07.2018 in WVMP No.3040/2017 in WPMP No.24720 of 2017 in WP No.20180 of 2017, implemented vide proceedings No.27/SERP/HR/2017 dt.07.09.2018 of 1st Respondent and with all other consequential benefits, monetary or otherwise, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim directions, directing 1st Respondent to transfer and post Petitioner forthwith to District Rural Development Agency, Vizianagaram, in the light of the absolute order dt.19.07.2018 in WVMP No.3040/2017 in WPMP No.24720/2017 in WP No.20180/2017, by suspending impugned proceedings No.36/SERP/HP /17 dt.25.04.2017 of 1st Respondent, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to issuance of impugned Proceedings 36/SERP/HR/2017, dt. 25.04.2017 from the file of 1st Respondent and after perusing the same set aside the said Proceedings dt. 25.04.2017 issued by 1st Respondent by declaring it as arbitrary, discriminatory, lacks jurisdiction and illegal and consequently direct 1st Respondent to transfer Petitioner forthwith to District Rural Development Agency, Vizianagaram in the light of the Absolute Order dt. 19.07.2018 in WVMP No.3040/2017 in WPMP No.24720 of 2017 in WP No.20180 of 2017, implemented vide proceedings No.27/SERP/HR/2017, dt. 07.09.2018 of 1st Respondent and with all other consequential benefits monetary or otherwise.”
2. Sri V.Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No
order as to Costs.
