By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased issue writ/direction/order to the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2025 and provide life insurance to the tune of Rs10 Lacks and compensation to the tune of Rs 30 Lakhs to the family members of the deceased persons who died while doing work of manual scavenging. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased issue writ/direction/order to the respondent authorities to strictly comply with all the provisions of the Act of 2013 at the earliest. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to the extent that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the pending representations of the petitioner within a time frame. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection in deciding the representations of the petitioner. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the 3 / 3 petitioner, it is directed that the respondents No.3 & 4 shall decide the pending representations of the petitioner Annexure P/4 to Annexure P/7 expeditiously as soon as possible in accordance with law. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the representations of the petitioner on its own merits. 8.
