Since the amount claimed by the plaintiff-respondent has been paid by the appellant on 26.05.2025 vide demand draft dated 23.05.2025. 2. No dispute remains amongst the parties. The mediation has been successful. The same is made Rule of the Court. The proceedings initiated by the plaintiff are therefore closed. 3. The application No.01/2025 has been moved under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Civil Procedure Code, for refund of court fees.
