Referring to the counter affidavit filed in the writ petition, it is submitted by the review petitioner that no amounts are due to the 1st respondent towards the Earned Leave surrender. 2. This is opposed by Sri.P.P.Jacob, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent. 3. The entitlement of the writ petitioner for the Earned Leave Surrender has therefore to be 2025:KER:31325 RP NO.279 OF 2025 3 adjudicated in the writ petition.
