The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by Second Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar, whereby learned Magistrate issued a direction to lodge the F.I.R. on an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S. (156(3) of Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction at appropriate stage.
