GP FOR ENDOWMENTS (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not paying the regular pay scales attached to the post of Junior 2 Assistant, to the petitioner, in the 4th respondent temple as per the orders dated 14-05-2015 w.e.f. February, 2016 as bad, illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to extend the regular pay scale along with monetary benefits in the cadre of Junior Assistant in the 4th respondent temple.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kappera Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments would submit that they have implemented the interim order dated 05.12.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 and the Petitioner is receiving the minimum pay scale. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, record the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
