The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 238 of 2025(N), for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, Jharkhand. 3. On 01.11.2025, Argora Police intercepted a scooty bearing Registration No-JH01FQ6442 and apprehended this petitioner. On the basis of his confession, 1.634 kgs of cannabis were recovered. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at Paragraph 6 of this Bail Application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi, Jharkhand in connection with Argora P.S.
