[2025:RJ-JP:33327] (2 of 2) [CCP-77/2024] By an interim order dated 30.10.2023, the respondents were restrained from dispensing with the services of the petitioner as a contractual employee if his services were found to be satisfactory. Respondents have submitted the reply to the contempt petition and stated that the petitioner himself has joined some other employment on contractual basis on the post of Man with Machine (Computer Operator) at P.H.C. Lagdbas as is evident from the order dated 30.06.2024 which has been placed on record by the respondent as Annexure R/3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as no contempt is made out against the respondents. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Gaurav Srivastava /203
